HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings announces that, further to its announcements dated 03.06.2026 and 25.06.2026 regarding the new composition of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, the Committees elected their respective Chairpersons from among their members and were constituted as follows:

Nominations Committee
