Focus on security of supply to address Middle East crisis impact - Adjusted EBITDA at €293m on Refining business performance and full consolidation of Enerwave

In response to the letter dated 13.03.2026 from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings (the "Company"), in the context of providing accurate and timely information to the investing public, announces the following regarding the potential effects of the ongoing crisis in the Persian Gulf:

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Company"), further to the notification received on 20 March 2026, announces, in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as well as L. 3556/2007, that Mr. Theodoros-Achilleas Vardas, a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, together with his spouse Ms. Ioulia – Alexandra Varda, executed, on 18 March 2026, through the Athens Exchange, a transaction involving the sale of 5,000 common, registered shares of the Company, with a total value of €50,992.49. The transaction was conducted from their Joint Investor Account, in which both individuals participate as co-beneficiaries.
