Purchase of own shares

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the "Company"), announces that, as part of its share buyback program, on 12.10.2026, it acquired 15,000 own shares at an average purchase price of €18.0739 per share and a total consideration of €271,108.12.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds a total of 529,083 own shares, which correspond to 0.17% of its share capital.

This announcement is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 dated 8 March 2016.
